How the Journey Works

This is more than a course — it's a deep and transformative journey designed to activate your inner and outer capacity to lead systemic change. We believe in regenerative learning: a process where nature is not just a metaphor, but a teacher. Through immersive experiences, embodied practice, and collective intelligence, participants engage in a living methodology that mirrors the complexity and beauty of the systems we aim to regenerate.

Immersive Field & Studio Sessions

Each day invites you into a deep dive — exploring systemic patterns, tensions, and possibilities through real-world case studies, reflective practices, and nature-inspired facilitation. This is where insight meets embodiment.

Learn by Doing, Designing, and Sensing

You’ll work with active learning frameworks, designing regenerative responses to complex challenges. From mapping systems to prototyping new futures, learning happens through co-creation, experimentation, and sense-making.

Regenerative Labs: Real Projects, Real Contexts

Inside our project labs, you’ll apply everything you learn to real-world initiatives. These labs are held in collaboration with social and environmental partners, offering a fertile space to practice regenerative design on the ground.

Inner Development & Self-Reflection

We don’t just redesign systems — we deepen the self. Through guided inner work, self-assessments, and facilitated reflection, you’ll surface limiting patterns, expand your awareness, and align your actions with your deeper purpose.

Meet the facilitators

Our facilitators bring together deep expertise in regenerative design, futures thinking, and living systems, combined with years of experience leading transformative processes around the world.
